I continued my campaign of annihilation against the colony of invading arachnids that have taken up residence on my front stoop.
The indiscriminate bombing campaign (aka the broom) left them homeless but they regrouped and began rebuilding their settlement. It was time for a second attempt.
Yesterday, I resorted to genocide (a la Raid.) I have yet to see a return of the colony so the chemical warfare appears to have been successful. We shall see though.

Initially I read that as "al-Raida", not "a la Raid"...
Spiders have been trying to take over my home this summer too. I suffered a grievous wound doing battle with one, who lived to mock me...

Time to get out the holy salt! (which, does exist by the way)
My campaign of total chemical warfare seems to be working as it is now Friday and I have yet to see a return of the arachnoid army. I am keeping vigilant though lest they be merely regrouping in an attempt to stage a surprise attack!
